My name is Angelica or Geli for short, I was born and raised in Miami, Florida. Photography has always been something I was very fascinated in. It told stories, even though it was a still image. I would always wonder what the photographer was thinking when they captured that certain image. Ever since I was a little girl, I would love looking out the window on road trips with my family and taking “mental images” of places, people, things I would see and put it in what I would like to call a “memory bank.” It is something I still do to this day, except now I actually capture those moments with photos and share it with you. My photos are an exact replica of what I have in my memory bank, as you would call; Geli Visions. My style is unique as I use minimal editing to allow the viewer to share in the experience of the photograph. In the beginning, I would gear towards taking photos of only people, but then it dawned on me that, there is a whole world out there that not everyone has a chance to see, so why not bring the world to them so they may begin to establish their own memory bank as well.
